Requirements:
Menyoo

Installation:

1 – Locate your GTAV folder.
2 – Inside it, Open the “menyooStuff” folder.
3 – Then open “Spooner” folder and drop the xml file into spooner.
4 – Inside the game, Open the menyoo by F8.
5 – Click Objects Spooner.
6 – Manage Saved Files and select DTA1.xml from the list.
7 – Lastly, select Load Placements.

! IMPORTANT !.
The elevator is at the second floor of parking building, the location of the building is in the pictures.
