Modification by Spreilly

This adds traffic lights to all intersections in San Andreas, eliminating intersections that have roads without signals, adding intersections to some locations, and overall improving the realism of GTA 5.

The goal of this is not to overbear traffic lights but fix bad intersections.

NOTE: This may conflict with other .ymap mods that change traffic paths, use at your own discretion!

Intersections Were Fixed In:
Del Perro
Vespucci
Rockford Hills
South LS/Davis/Strawberry
Paleto Bay
Cypress Flats

Improvements Were Made In:

Bay City Incline (north side, added more lights for the left turn lane to the highway)
South LS/Davis/Strawberry (added lights to the near side of roads crossing the tram)

Intersections Were Added In:
LSIA (Pedestrian Crossing)
Del Perro (Pedestrian Crossing)
Little Seoul
DTLS

Installation
Place trafficlights folder in your Grand Theft Auto V/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks folder.
Open dlclist.xml in update.rpf/common/data
Add the below line under the last entry in the file (or wherever you want so long as it’s below all GTA V standard DLC Packs)

dlcpacks:/trafficlights/
