4.there are polmav and police buzzard that are controlled by lspd and this is it

5.annihilator heli that is from swat and his you should install a mod that makes the npc shoots from the vehicle

6.and there are fib frogger will shoot on ya

DISCLAMER!:the fib ped model from post version that uses mp_m instated of mp_ just like that

7.4 stars will be a disaster

8.5 stars will summon alots of the army like 3 cars per spawn and there are blocks that have rhino

9.there are savage and weaponized buzzard will shoot on you and some others like cargobob

10.there are multiple metas that is funnier with thier optional things

11.has a chance to spawn apc and rhino in the road block

the police vans now present as a normal police cars not in the roadblocks and in rb it’s replaced by the riot

12.the riot block now has khanjali instated (and yes tanks in 4 stars this is normal)

13.i can’t do an oiv so the installation is:
open iv:gtav/update (or mods/update)/update.rpf/common/data. and hit the file there
