Note: This mod was made for single player, but it also works on FiveM.
Installation: Open your “Steam Library” folder, then go to Steam Apps, Common, then “Grand Theft Auto V”, then x64, Audio, and finally SFX. Paste the file into the designated location, replacing the existing residen.rpf file.
