Description

Updated some nodes on major roads such as Route 68, Marina Dr and East Joshua Road so the vehicles drive faster.
I updated the Junctions so red lights are 5 seconds each. From my testing, it seems to be working. Let me know if its not.

How To Install:
paths.rpf -> Move file to /mods/update/update.rpf/x64/levels/gta5
junctions.xml -> /mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/levels/gta5

Optional
Popgroup which i updated so there are better cars in Sandy Shores and same cars everywhere for more realism. I did not add too many dlc cars.
Its just what i use for my gaming.

popgroup.ymt -> /mods/update/update.rpf/x64/levels/gta5
