This is first of all a skin mod and therefore requires the original release from SkylineGTRFreak: PT109 Torpedo Boat

Rework and adaption by me.

Install:

use OpenIV in editing mode and replace the file by the same name under:
dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles/vehicles.rpf
> righ click and replace, then browse to… (easy procedure)

Optional – I reworked 3 out of 4 weapons for SP-use, no peds needed.

Replace the files delivered in the folder “optional_fun” according to their names under:
vehicles.meta > dlc.rpf/common/data/levels/gta5
and the other 3 > dlc.rpf/common/data

and enjoy being a real GTA5 – brown water pain in the, ehm being a menace…
