To install the liveries you need to download the mods here: SkylineGTRFreak

Replace files by(this is as an example):
GTA V >mods >update >x64 >dlcpacks >btr4e >dlc.rpf >x64 >levels >gta5 >vehicles.rpf > replace the file btr4e.ytd
