A custom Hells Angels vest pack for Trevor, featuring leather and denim vests worn over 81 SUPPORT T-shirts.
The original long-sleeve outfit has been reworked into a vest with a short-sleeve shirt underneath. The pack includes detailed fabric textures, embroidered patch effects, and six color combinations, all using the same custom model.

- Black and red leather + blue denim vest options.
- Textured T-shirts with a large 81 design and vertical SUPPORT lettering.
- HELLS ANGELS top rocker, winged skull logo, MC patch and SAN ANDREAS bottom rocker.
- PRESIDENT, AFFA and 1% front patches.
- FILTHY FEW patches on variations A–E and a 666 patch on variation F.
