This Mod Is For My Fellow Dutchies!

The first full Dutch MDT! Modeled after MEOS—the app the police use on the street!

DutchMEOS Currently Includes, Among Other Things:

Comprehensive and persistent person records
ID card and driver’s license checks
Residential and personal details
Vehicle records and statuses
Police contacts and history
DigiBon (digital fine) registration and subsequent processing
Police measures, including license-related actions and CBR/EMG procedures
GOED (seizure system), confiscation, and evidence locker
Arrest logging and administrative processing
A dedicated interactive police phone

A key design principle is avoiding long periods spent filling out paperwork while on the street. You capture the basics during the incident itself and can handle more detailed administration later.

🧪 Alpha release
The first version of DutchMEOS is intentionally being released as an Alpha.

This means the plugin is still very much under development. Not every planned feature will be available immediately, and bugs or other issues may naturally arise during testing.

The Alpha is initially being used to test core systems during actual LSPDFR patrols and to make further improvements based on feedback.
This is not the final version of DutchMEOS, but the beginning of it.

MEOS works well with Policing Redefined; “Stop the Ped” support will be added in a later version!

INSTALLATION
1. Install the requirements.
2. Open DutchMeos-0.1.0-Avhelion.zip.
3. Copy the ‘plugins’ folder to the GTA V root directory.
4. Confirm the folder merge.
When updating: first back up your existing DutchMEOS
folder and keep your DutchMEOS.ini file if you have customized the keybindings.
5. Launch GTA V via RagePluginHook. 6. Go into LSPDFR On Duty / use ForceDuty.
7. After successful initialization and On Duty, the intro appears.
Click UNDERSTOOD, GET STARTED to close it.
Then open MEOS yourself with F7.

Click ‘UNDERSTOOD, GET STARTED’ (Understood, Let’s Go) to close it.
Then, open MEOS yourself using F7.
