What BHR Does

Improves euphoria reactions to all types of trauma.Makes peds drop their equipped weapon when shot in the right arm/tazed (Configurable in the ini)Gets rid of the excessive shaking when peds are tazed, they now more realistically stiffen and fall.Adds player ragdolling when shot, ~20% chance if enabled, won’t happen if you have armor.
