Turn GTA V’s inventory into a true survival experience.

This mod replaces the standard GTA inventory system with a fully grid-based inventory inspired by hardcore survival games such as Escape from Tarkov and FiveM survival servers.

Every item takes up physical space. Rotate items to make them fit, carefully manage your available slots, and decide what is actually worth carrying.

CONTROLS:
I Open inventory
R Rotate item
Z Use quick heal
O Use quick armor

You can rebind the controls in inventory_config.json.

Heal and armor items can be purchased at Ammu-Nation.

Important Note

I strongly recommend removing all weapons from your character using a native trainer before using this mod.

I intentionally did not add automatic item deletion after death or arrest, as this can be easily handled using a trainer such as Enhanced Native Trainer. This gives you more control over what happens to your inventory and prevents the mod from unnecessarily deleting your items.

INSTALLATION:
Drag and drop all files from the zip into your scripts folder.
If you don’t have a scripts folder, create one titled “scripts”.
