This mod based off a video of gta v hidden secrets video on yt where franklin will appear if you shoot franklins house.
Shoot his new house at vinewood hills over 2-4 seconds,a notification will appear,and you should fight him,if you reload scripts,he will disappear.
its only one time event,you can reload to test it again.

Installation: put the script inside scripts folder.
