Click the letter Z on your keyboard to activate the mod then you can have your hands up and you can do anything with your hands up shooting falling swimming shooting flying driving falling skydiving and climb ladders and climb other stuff
Install Method:
/Grand Theft Auto V/scripts
Then put the HandsUpWalk.3.cs into the scripts folder
