House Property is a comprehensive real estate management mod for GTA V Single Player that lets you buy, rent, sell, and manage custom properties placed anywhere in the world. Using a native LemonUI menu and immersive Scaleform popups, the mod turns the game into a lightweight property tycoon experience, fully integrated with Story Mode.

Create a property at your exact location, configure its name, purchase price, and daily rent, then buy it or rent it using your in-game bank account. Every transaction is handled through a realistic contract screen with personal banking details, and rental properties will automatically charge your account every day at a time you choose. If you run out of money, your rental contract is terminated and the property goes back on the market.

Features:
Full Property Management: Create, configure, buy, rent, sell, and delete properties with a simple F6 menu.
Dynamic Purchase & Rent System: Press E near an available property to purchase it, or T to rent it with customizable daily rent payments.
Realistic Contract Screens: Every purchase or rent triggers a native GTA V contract popup with account holder, property name, type, amount, date, and contract number.
Daily Rent Payments: Rented properties automatically charge your bank account at a chosen hour, and if you cannot pay, the contract is terminated.
Personal Banking Data: Configure your in-game full name, bank (Maze Bank or Fleeca Bank), IBAN, and card number through a custom form. These details appear on all contracts.
Native Notifications: Receive lore-friendly alerts using Maze Bank, Fleeca Bank, and Estate Agent icons for purchases, sales, rent payments, and errors.
Property Blips: Available properties show a green SafehouseForSale blip, owned properties show a white Safehouse blip.
JSON Save System: All properties and personal data are saved automatically to external JSON files for persistence between sessions.
Teleport & Waypoint: Teleport directly to owned properties or set a waypoint to available ones from the menu.
