Parking meters do not usually reset after every check. Therefore, all parking meters are the same within the same session.

🚩 Language Support

German and English are currently fully supported. However, you can easily create your own language file, which the plugin will recognise and support.

Deutsch und Englisch werden derzeit komplett unterstützt. Du kannst jedoch unkompliziert deine eigene Sprachdatei erstellen, welche vom Plugin gelesen und unterstützt wird.

No reloads required – Resource-efficient

The plugin comes with two RAGE commands that allow you to reload settings and images whilst the plugin is running, without having to restart the entire plugin. To save resources, parking meters are only displayed and can only be checked when you are walking slowly past one.

Das Plugin kommt mit zwei RAGE-Befehlen, die es Dir ermöglichen, Einstellungen und Bilder um laufenden Betrieb neu zu laden ohne gleich das gesamte Plugin neu zu starten. Um Ressourcen zu sparen, werden Parkuhren nur dann angezeigt und prüfbar, wenn man sich zu Fuß langsam in der Nähe einer Parkuhr bewegt.

This plugin is currently in Open Beta. Many options are filled for the future. Bugs and missing features are possible. Please report any problems in the comments ideally with .log information enabled via Debug=1.

The following settings are currently available (Recommendation for english speakers):

language=’en’

This setting defines the language. Available are ‘de’ for German, ‘en’ for English and ‘other’ for custom languages (see below).

Available: ‘de’, ‘en’, ‘other’ (Default: ‘en’).

ExpiredMeterChance=25

This setting defines how often you encounter an expired parking meter in percent. In this case its 25 %.

Available: 0 – 100 (Default: 25)

InteractionKey=E

This is the key required to check on parking meters. In this case its the Key E.
Click here for possible keys (Default: E).

showHint=true

This setting defines if a help-hint is shown if you encounter a parking meter. Even if false, the parking meter is still verifiable.
Available: true/false (Default: true)

DisplayMethod=1

If this setting is 2, a notification is shown instead of an image. This is also the case if no image is present or the image is corrupt.
Available: 1/2 (Default: 1)

Debug=0
This setting enables, if 1, detailled logs in the Rage Console as well as in a seperate .log File inyour ParkingMeter-Check Folder.
Available: 0/1 (Default: 0)

After launching LSPD:FR for the first time, the settings.ini configuration file can be found here:

To add your own images of parking meters, navigate to the following folder (after first launch!):

The Images Must Be Named As Follows:

pmc-expired.png for the expired parking meter

pmc-valid.png for the valid parking meter

To add your own languages or a custom language style, after launching the game for the first time, navigate to

Grand Theft Auto V/plugins/LSPDFR/ParkingMeter-Check/Languages

The custom-language.xml file is never overwritten and can therefore be customised as you wish.

To ensure the language is used in the game, change the setting to language=’other’

The Following RAGE Console Commands Are Included:
