INSTRUCTION:
Activate Key: L

• Get a magic snowball using the menu
• Target the dead NPC at close range
• Shoot him (Magic Snowball)
• He’ll go about his business in a state of shock.

In ini file in place “Language” you can add “english” or “russian” (in low font)
