Dashboard lights now illuminate to indicate vehicle health status
Check Engine Light shows engine health
Battery Light shows body health
Lights turn on at two thirds remaining health

lights start flashing at one third remaining health
Works with any vehicle that has the dashboard lights
Do note that vehicles with more armor/ruggedness may take more damage before the lights illuminate
