Hello! This is Northstar Development’s California inspired Federal Signal Valor 2018-2019 Ford Explorer Pack! It features high quality paid parts with multiple different lighting modes and options, all toggleable via mod-kits and extras in-game! These five vehicles are preconfigured for FiveM/Singleplayer with a ULC and or DLS lighting control file.

Disclaimer: The upward double spotlight position has a GTA limitation with the environmental coming from the center of the vehicle, I’ve tried fixing this problem but I’ve been unsuccessful, including asking another vehicle developer, we’ve concluded that GTA 5 combines extralight #3 and extralight #4 into the center of both (used for these spotlights). Unfortunately, we cannot do much to resolve this, the only solution would be to remove extralight #1 and extralight #2 (Highbeams) from the FPIU itself, which is not reasonable.
