Just another QoL mod to add to your collection. Gathering from the notes that the devs left behind the reason the UI is so slow is because of consoles. Of course, in typical fashion, this “feature” is ported to the PC version. Several other UI animations can be sped up or slowed down but I only modded the menus for now.
