“Evening” Evening Dress—a knee-length New Look-style dress with ruffles and unexpected shimmering shades.

!! PLEASE NOTE—Due to the shape and length of the skirt, it DOES NOT bend at the knees. Trust me, if it did, it would look terrible. BUT this means that when your Sims sit down, it will look strange.

There will also be a strong dark shadow under the Sim. If you Shift-click and use testingcheats to turn off shadows, the shadow will disappear. (If it really bothers you.)
