Hi everyone! Today I’m going to show you the beginning of a curtain kit that will gradually expand. You might be thinking, “What kind of kit, I only see 2 curtains here?”. You are right, but this kit consists of 10 pieces. They are the foundation for everything else.

The curtains are available in 16 different patterns and colors, that is 32 color options. The back side looks different from the front side. And I must warn you, they are pretty high polygon count (4000 on one side) because the front and back side require two planes. I’ve reduced the polygon count to a minimum, without a significant loss of quality. Come on… The original has 40000 polygons, and that’s without counting the front and back. 😇 You can “hang” curtains on a window without bb.moveobjects enabled. But for side placement of curtain holders and curtain rods, you need to activate the cheat and then adjust the height. I didn’t want to attach the curtain rods directly to the curtains because of the different color and color options. That would have been too many color options for the curtains. Also, this is a combo kit, so of course there will be other curtain rods and rails to combine. 🧐

So it provides left, middle and right sides to create an infinite curtain rod. 😉 The feedback shader provides seamlessness. There is also a holder for the middle ledge for a “static” version. This looks more realistic. It also provides left and right single curtain rods that only fit the right side of the curtain, since the rings are positioned differently.
