This CC Sims 4 Spiral Staircase Includes 16 Items:

Rustic wooden staircase
Architectural staircase
Industrial staircase
Modern staircase

All items are available for any wall height.

In essence, you get four different staircases where the top and bottom are separated. They work like elevators: Sims won’t be animated when going up the stairs, but they will be teleported above and below and can use them fully autonomously.

HOW TO INSTALL?

Each ladder has several files. The staircase itself, put on the first floor, on the second floor where the railings go put the second floor circle (circle) “HOLE IN THE FLOOR” looks different for each staircase. We put it directly under the stairs. That there was so to say PORTAL. Try to let the Sim.

Inside the archive, there is a mini-gif where it is clearly shown how to install. Drop the files into the MODS folder.
