A redesign of the standard West Coast USA map.
Additional appearance points
Amusement park on the beach
Ramps (mostly everywhere, but located away from normal traffic)
Rock routes — Johnson Valley cliffs moved to West Coast hillsides (very unfinished)

Gridmap v2 (reconfigured and modified)
High-speed oval (quickly created from gridmap content)
Mega ramp jumps into town
Runways and airplane rings (thanks to Motorsports Playground for the rings)
Demolition Derby / Sumo in the Sky
