Download GTA Hospital Map Grand Theft Auto V Mod

This is a custom high detail real hospital map mod for Grand Theft Auto V.
This mod restores the full exterior and surrounding area of Yongzhou Lingling Boai Hospital.
It supports GTA 5 single player offline story gameplay, and is fully compatible with FiveM roleplay private servers.
The map has full performance optimization, stable running, no random crashes or frame drop issues.

Complete Installation Guide

1. Open OpenIV, enter GTA 5 main game folder and enable edit mode.
2. Extract the downloaded mod zip package to get the hospital DLC folder.
3. Put the DLC folder into mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/ directory.
4. Navigate to mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/ folder.
5. Open the dlclist.xml configuration file.
6. Add the required DLC entry line at the end of the file.
7. Save and overwrite the edited dlclist.xml file.
8. Launch GTA 5, the map will load normally. You can also teleport with Menyoo or Map Editor tool.

Version Note

Official map release version 1.0.
All moderator requested adjustments have been fully completed.
Description is fully restructured into separated sections.
Extra interior hospital in-game screenshots have been newly uploaded.
