MAKE SURE YOU HAVE LIBERTYCITY SOUTH-EAST
1. drag and drop the folder “queensbronx” into the following path mods/update/x64/dlcpacks
2. go to mods/update/update.rpf/common/data open dlclist.xml and add the line dlcpacks:/queensbronx/
